Shepshed Messengers Cricket Club – new nets and non turf cricket pitch.

Currently there are no facilities to enable coaching / training. So they will require practice nets, non turf cricket pitch for practice and sometimes games. By having equipment for coaching the children, they will increase their time involved in sport and also be using their time better. All the funding will go into providing these facilities for the children, but will also be available to all members and some local community groups when they require use of them. The specific project that will be funded by the Trust will be that of a 2 bay non turf practice area tht is fully netted around the site. This will also need protecting against wildlife i.e. moles / rabbits.
