Silverburn / Leven Loop

A “phased” project, upgrading existing paths to develop a 3.25km /2mile multi – user walking loop around Leven Links golf course and providing an interactive children’s trail within the Silverburn Park and along the loop.
Enhanced access for families with young children and disabled groups will allow both groups to become physically active in exploring and learning about their countryside. An experience taken for granted by the general public.
The mobile phone based childrens trail will provide a local attraction and educational facility that will also act as a test bed for the development of low profile information provision for countryside pathways.
