Skipton Woods - enhancing spectacular woodland

This project will enhance and improve Skipton Woods for all visitors by: repairing and restoring the dry stone wall boundary (partly through volunteers); restoring the ancient woodland through removal of non-native conifers (partly through the traditional practice of using horses); improving the path network; designing and installing new signage, interpretation and way marking routes; and designing and printing of walks leaflets for Skipton Woods.
