Skokholm Island Access

To provide a new landing at our current quay to enable boats to land visitors to Skokholm at all stages of the tide. It will provide greatly improved access for people who are physically less able by removing the current requirement for embarkation via ladder at some stages of the tide, and replacing the current uneven, stepped access with ramped access.
