Skye Marble Bridge

The project aims to promote industrial heritage and healthy sustainable lifestyles. Skye Marble railway was constructed in 1907 to connect the quarry with the pier. The project will refurbish the bridge, allowing the display of a locomotive and bogeys. The LTCS funding will develop the attendant footpaths and link to the already established Marble Line footpath via a newly contructed footbridge.
