Small Orchard and Community Garden

Small orchard and community garden located at front of school beside main entrance, just off main road, convenient to car park and accessible to all.
The school is a community school and various societies/dance/music/sport clubs etc will all have access to it. It will be open to the community 5 days/week and every weekend. Local gardening experts have already volunteered to help out. All pupil involvement will be on a voluntary basis also as this is a project involving the wider community cooperating to grow things and appreciate the environment together. It will also provide an area to sit, relax and socialise and provide fruit and vegetables. Local gardeners will be involved in the project from the start. Scented plants will be planted to provide various smells etc to provide an area of calm in a quiet area.
