Smelt Mill Access and Sustainability Improvements

Smelt Mill activity centre is an amalgamation of a row of 19th century mill cottages. The project is to reconfigure the building to improve accessibility creating accessible toilet and shower facilities. More energy efficient boilers with remote management will help improve the carbon footprint of the centre.
