Smelt Mill Training Centre

The Training Centre is described as a Outdoor Multi Functional Training Centre, which can be hired by the general public for residential and non residential purposes. Funding will fund the creation of a garage, equipment storeage area, indoor climbing wall, residentail bunk rooms and showering facilities.
