Smithills Estate, Bolton - access improvements

To improve access by supplying and installing a footbrdge bridge and improving paths at various strategic access points around the Smithills Estate. We will also design and install welcome and orientation panels, ladder boards and signs to make the Estate easier to access and explore ensuring a wider range of people can benefit.
