Smith's Rec Community Garden Project, Preston

The project will see the former bowling green on Smith's Recreation Ground transformed into a community garden with raised beds, fruit trees and wildflower areas. The garden is located in one of the most deprived areas of Preston. The project is community lead and a large part of the work will be undertaken by volunteers from the Foxton Centre Community Group.
