Snighole Play and Park Improvements

The overall aim of the project is to make Snighole / Helmshore Memorial Park more accessible and attractive to a wider range of users as possible. Currently the access in and into the site are poor - including the entrances, drainage is very bad and the play facilities are in an extremely poor state.
