Soar Project

The purpose of this project is:
To upgrade and develop a redundant Chapel to enable its use as a heritage and arts centre for community wide use. This will stimulate the economic, social and cultural regeneration of Merthyr Tudful by providing bilingual social, cultural and business opportunities within the community
