Soar Valley Bowls Club Refurbishment Project

This project is to refurbish Soar Valley Bowls Club pavilion. The Pavilion, which dates back to the 1960’s, is constructed of wood and brick has been well maintained over the years. It is structurally sound but it is now desperately in need of major interior renovation. The refurbishment will include refitting the ladies and men changing rooms to incorporate accessible toilets, provision of an enlarged function room with insulated, suspended ceiling & low energy lighting, installation of hot/cold air heating unit, insulation of external walls and replacement of double entrance doors.
