Solar powered borehole pump, Moss Side Park fishing pond

To ensure the consistent water level in the pond it is proposed to install a borehole and solar powered pump adjacent to the pond with over flow returning to the near by River Lostock. The pond suffers from fluctuating water levels especially in drier months which has resulted in fish kills and poor water quality.
