Somerton library replacement boiler

Replacement of gas fired boiler. The existing boiler was installed when the library was built in the late 1990s and is starting to suffer from its age. Frequent breakdowns are causing potential closure of the library which is a designated "warm space". It is also considered that spare parts may not be available for certain items within the boiler
