Soper Hall Community Centre Phase 1

To refurbish and revitalise a run down and shabby community facility, with condemned kitchens, that has just been the subject of an asset transfer from a local authority to a community company. The initial Phase 1 will see additional toilet faciliites, kitchen and food preparation faciliites, a functional entrance area and redecoration to central areas, including existing toilets
