South Link Path – Old Tollbridge Link

The project will improve the accessibility of the Downs Link Path for pedestrians, cyclists and disabled users.

It will provide continuity of route linking the centre of Shoreham by Sea to the Old Tollbridge. This link is approximately 400m long and will enable a continuous traffic free access route to the River Adur estuary.

There will be provision of two new seating areas providing opportunity for enjoyment and appreciation of the local environment of the SNCI Adur river estuary. These new seating areas will be compatible with wheelchair access and the two existing sites will be upgraded to the same standard.
