South Ockendon Recreation Ground pavilion

To provide a “new” pavilion for this recreation ground, which will be regularly used by existing bowls, cricket and football clubs, but has also been designed so that the main community space can be hired by other users as well. Cost savings of around £200,000 have been achieved by re-using the existing concrete floor slabb of the current (dilapidated) building, and re-using the existing wood frame and roof trussses.
