South Ockendon Recreation Ground signs

To provide a community notice board at the Recreation Ground, and signs leading to it. (The recreation ground access is difficult to find down a residential road and past a churchyard, and on occasions even emergency vehicles have been unable to find the ground, putting users at risk)
