South Ockendon Recreation Ground Signs

To provide a community notice board at the recreational ground, and signs leading to it.(The recreation ground access is difficult to find down a residential road and past a churchyard, and on occasions even emergency vehicles have been unable to find the ground, putting usres at risk).
