Southend Association of Voluntary Services (SAVS) Proposed Improvements to the Air Conditioning Systems in the Conference/Meeting Rooms

To refurbish and improve the air conditioning systems in the two 1st floor community meeting/conference rooms, to make them more comfortable for existing users and to encourage their use by further voluntary community groups.
