Southend Estuary Explorer Scouts, Construction of Secure Store & Provision of New Scouting Equipment

To construct a pre-cast "Big Adventure"equipment store, approx. 7m x 7m. on a concrete base, in a securely fenced and gated compound at the rear of the existing District Scouts Headquarters building at Eastern Avenue, and including the provision of security locks, an electricity supply and an intruder alarm. To provide new "Big Adventure" Scouting equipment including sports, canoeing, climbing and camping equipment, all to be store in the secure equipment store as above.
