Southend-on-Sea Athletic Club, Southend-on-Sea – Spectator Stand (005800)

The applicants wish to erect a Spectators Stand adjacent to the Running, Cycling & Disabled Cycling track at Garon Park, Southend-on-Sea, Essex. The facility will provide seating alongside the track which will allow events to take place in the arena whereby competitors, families and supporters from the local community can have a comfortable and suitable place in which to watch and be inspired by what they see, and hopefully want to join in themselves.
