Southend-on-Sea Cricket Club, Southchurch Park, Major Repairs to the Club Pavilion

To undertake major repairs to the existing cricket pavilion including urgent repairs to the roof, essential repair/ replacement of timber cladding & supports, replacement of the lead water main, replacement of the electricity supply, provision of fire alarm & smoke detection equipment, removal of asbestos ceiling tiles, repairs to the fire escape, provision of double glazed replacement windows and complete redecoration.
