SPCC ground developments

Shotley Peninsula Cricket Club (SPCC) have recently moved to a new ground in the Suffolk village of Tattingstone. SPCC provide community cricket and activity for boys, girls, men and ladies. To maintain a cricket ground and a cricket square that is suitable for play, the club wish to use this project to purchase the necessary machinery and materials for upkeep. This includes:
a) Storage unit for all project purchases – 20ft secure storage container, hard-core base, secure locking mechanisms
b) Irrigation and water supply to the square – long hose, appropriate fittings, sprinkler systems
c) maintenance equipment – rakes, wicket brooms, shovels, wheelbarrow
d) pitch preparation – interchangeable cassette wicket mower, ride-on heavy roller
e) training – portable batting cage, matting for fixed batting cage
f) restoration and decoration of changing facilities
All of the above items will help to maintain the cricket ground (square and outfield) and improve our provisions for the community.
