Speen Recreation Ground, Nr Newbury – Pavilion Refurbishment (10097/D)

The project aims to enhance the area to the front of the pavilion by laying a hard base for parents and sport users alike (rather than muddy grass to stand on!) and also provide tough vandal resilient benches. The pavilion is used extensively throughout the year and it would be good to allow more families to use the playground and child facilities on the recreation ground itself. We would also like to refurbish the disabled toilet which is currently unable to be used by disabled people due to its poor state of repair.
The trust grant will contribute towards the pavilion refurbishment.
