Spodden Valley Revealed, Whitworth

Improvements to access along the Whitworth Greenway cyclway in East Lancashire. Improvements will take place at three locations along 4kms of the Greenway at Cowm Reservoir, Facit Chimney and Incline, Whitworth Square and Shawforth Bridge/Peel Chimney.
