Spott Community Hall Refurbishment

This application is for a complete external repair and internal electrical replacement. The external includes reslating, new lead, zinc flashings, relining of valley gutters, checking and repainting, refixing and replacing of rainwater goods, repairing and repointing of stonework and replacement of doors and windows. Internal electrical services are to be replaced including intruder alarms, heating and lighting systems.
