Spring Bank Bowling Club, Oldham - Replacement Roof, Windows and Cavity Wall Insulation (008104)

The works will enhance the energy efficiency of the clubhouse through an insulated roof, walls and new energy-efficient windows. Replacing the ageing roof and windows will help to ensure the structural safety and longevity of the clubhouse, safeguarding against weather damage. The works will also improve the thermal and acoustic comfort inside the clubhouse with better insulation creating a more pleasant and inviting environment for all users demonstrating the club’s commitment to sustainability through this project and aim to inspire other community organisations to lower their own carbon emissions.
