Springhill Pavilion Development, Springhill Cricket Club, Lower Penn, South Staffs

The project concerns the development of a cricket/sports pavilion and community facility which will enable greater utilisation of the playing facility and surrounding areas. It will enable preservation of the recreational area, extend sporting opportunities and provide an amenity and accompanying facilities and opportunities for the benefit of the immediate community, cricketing and other sports communities and various disadvantaged and other groups.
