Springs Community Green, Bury

The Springs Community Green contains a trim trail play area which was originally contained by bowtop fencing. This was used to keep the children safe and prevented dogs from getting onto the play area. This was replaced by wooden stumps of varying height which was thought to be in keeping with the natural element of the trim trail. These have either been damaged or removed. New bowtop fencing is planned to replace the old fencing. There is an issue with drainage and flooding occurs when it rains. Some of the play equipment and safety surfacing requires replacing.
