Square Chapel Extension

This project proposes an extension to Square Chapel, graded II* which will consist of a large foyer with bar and box office giving level access to all public spaces and linking directly into Piece Hall, the Grade 1 Listed cloth market and last example of its kind in Britain; off this we will create a second auditorium, a smaller space for intimate performances, comedy, daytime rehearsals and community workshops, and Cinema. This will resolve the issue of wheelchair access to the auditorium; we will also create adequate dressing rooms; proper toilet provision, appropriate office space and meeting rooms.
