St Alphege Church: Raise the Roof

The project of replacing the roof is essential to maintaining community use of St Alphege Church. The Church offers sustainable benefits to a diverse community. The building is open and accessible to the public 363 days a year.
The roof suffered damage on Good Friday in 2008, losing slates in high winds. Temporary repairs were made but the roof is now unsafe. If work is not undertaken, we will have to close or limit access to the building. This will negatively impact on the lives of people in our community.
