St Andrew’s – Box Gutter North Aisle & Adjacent Roof

Replacing the perished and damaged original lead lining (for the full length of the north aisle box gutter) with terne-coated steel, including work to adjacent rolls and flashings; renewal of concealed timber bearers found to be rotten or requiring replacement; and sundry roof works. This follows the ingress of dampness which is apparent along the top of the north wall internally, behind the organ and in the Vestry.
