St. Andrew's Church & Hall, Westcliff-on Sea, Proposed Major Improvements to Community Centre Facilities

Re-ordering of west end of existing church hall to provide new male, female and nursery toilets and shower/changing facilities, as part of a major project to improve the community centre facilities, with particular regard to the needs of people suffering from mental health problems and disadvantaged young people and families.
