St Andrew’s Church, Oddington – Tower Repair

Overall repair and restoration of the church started in 2011. Phase 1 comprised rain water goods and drainage and major improvements internally. Phase 2 completed in 2017 covered churchyard walls, bell support upgrading, conservation of churchyard. Tower work is now the urgent priority.
The only outstanding work left, namely on two faces of the the church tower
In the last quinquennial from 2014. Tower work was listed as ‘desirable within five years or will be required beyond five years’. If left undone there will be further deterioration.
