St. Andrew's Church, Westcliff, Construction of a New Foyer, Kitchen & Public Garden to Accomodate a Community Cafe Open to All.

To construct a new foyer, professional standard kitchen and adjoining public forecourt garden at St. Andrew's Church, to provide an attractive linkbetween the existing church building and the existing church hall/community centre , to accomodate a new community cafe, open to the public and with particular regard to the needs of local people suffering from mental health problems and local disadvantaged young people and families.
