St Andrew’s Community Hall, Nr Chester – Improvements (40165/D/TP)

The project aim is to re-order and refurbish St Andrew’s Church to make it a dual purpose facility for use by the Church. Refurbishment works will create a multi-functional space for use by the whole community. The existing church hall is used extensively by community groups but it is sadly coming to the end of its life, and its deteriorating condition means that it is becoming prohibitively expensive to both maintain and insure. The new enhanced and improved facilities will include a new extension for new disabled toilet facilities, a new kitchen, improved lighting, refurbished and upgraded meeting room, general redecorations. The exiting heating installation will be replaced.

The Trust grant will contribute towards the second phase of improvements to create a multi functional facility.
