St Anne's Episcopal Church, Dunbar - Redevelopment Works

The overall St Anne's Project consists of internal alterations to the Church; major restoration work to the World War 1 Memorial Chapel; and essential repairs and restoration work to the external fabric of the Church, to provide a more suitable building for community and congregational use. Specifically, this application to VC requests the funding to start this development and achieve a major part of the main priority. 1 - Provide permanent ramped access to the Church's main entrance and back door for wheelchair users. 2 - Through relocation of the font and a reduced number of pews, together with (seperately funded) stackable chairs, provide a larger, more versitile and attractive space for events and activities, with a greater seating capacity 3 - Installation of 5 silent convector fan-heaters to provide boosted heat when required.
