To provide repairs to the roof: supply and fit new fascia boards, oak sprockets and angle fillets, re-tile and batten roof. Windows: remove leaded window and re-lead glass panes, replace sadle bars and damaged panes. Disabled Access: remove existing gravestone path, excavate and lay a concrete base with timber edging and bitumen and shingle surface. Electrical: remedial electric work and inspection.
