St Breward Institute and War Memorial Hall

To renovate the hall. Works to include repair and insulation of the roof and loft space, insulation to the walls, provision of disabled access throughout the building and toilet and a new efficient heating system. Also to completely re-wire the electrics and install a lift and improve the water supply.
