St. Cedd's Dual Purpose Church and Hall, Westcliff-on-Sea, Pedestrian Access Improvements

To construct an external access ramp comprising brick retaining wallls, concret infill & surface and steel handrailing, to facilitate pedestrian access the dual purpose Chuch and Community Hall building, particularly for mums & toddlers, the elderly and the disa\bled. The ramp will also provide a necessary, additional means of escape in an emergency. The work is proposed as part of a greater project which incudes the provision of accessible toilet and baby changing facilities for the dual purpose building
