St Clement’s Church, Ipswich – Community and Arts Hub Conversion

Conversion of a redundant Medieval church into a Community & Arts hub. It is close to the town’s historic waterfront and will provide, with its churchyard, a valuable community facility for both a large residential area as well as nearby activities such as Suffolk University & Suffolk New College

This historic church, once the centre of a large community, has stood empty for decades. The provision of services including a water supply, toilets and electrical upgrade will allow it to again become a major community hub serving a growing residential population as well as creating a new arts and events facility within the town’s rejuvenated historic waterfront.
