St David’s Church, St Helens – Community Room Renovation (50228/D)

The project aims to renovate and improve the community room and storage facilities. Improving the current lighting, including using more-efficient lights. Replacing the suspended ceiling and installing insulation at the same time. Installing the necessary wiring for IT facilities which we will fund separately. Installing a hearing loop. Redecorating and re-carpeting the room. Replacing the leaking roof above the community room. The ceiling of the current store room is to be replaced and the roof above made watertight to prevent further damage and enhance storage facilities. The Trust grant will contribute towards the community room renovation.
