Work will consist of removing all existing doors and windows and replacing with aluminium framed, double glazed windows and doors, which will be in a style that reflects the architects original specification.
The removal of existing windows and doors. The purchase of double glazed windows and doors. The fitting of the replacement windows and doors.
The building’s insulation will improve with double glazing, heating costs will be reduced and the savings passed on to the users. Some window frames are severely rotted and must be replaced soon.
