St Francis House, Bury – Upgrading & Improvements to building

The project is to significantly improve the building to be used as a community centre to provide a safe, warm and pleasant environment by carrying out the following improvements: window replacement, insulation, exterior lighting, resurfacing car park, replacement of heating, removal of staircase, external cleaning and repointing of brick and stonework, replacement of electrical sockets and skirtings.
