Replacement of existing roofing tiles, battens and underfelt on the Church Nave and Community Hall roofs. Insulation of these pitched roofs and the waterproofing of the existing flat roof to the Hall Lobby, Kitchen and Toilets. The existing timber facias and verges will also be overclad with pvc.
