St Georges Recreation Ground, Telford – Changing Room Refurbishment (007518)

St Georges Recreation Ground & Public Hall is a registered charity providing since 1922 leisure and social activities for local people. The Changing Rooms built in the 1920s, currently provide facilities for affiliated cricket and hockey teams (all ages, gender and disability groups) junior and adult footballers and other organisations. The project recognises the building is in urgent need of external repair and internal upgrading to make it useable for the foreseeable future and support increased activity on the Recreation Ground from an ever increasing local population, to support their health and wellbeing.
