St Giles Church, Ollerton – Toilets and Community Access (4876/D)

The existing kitchen servery will be removed from an area within the church and a room will be constructed, in this space, to contain a disabled toilet, wash hand basin and baby changing equipment. Drainage will be installed and discharged into a bio-pure soakaway system located in the church grounds. A new kitchen servery will be provided including a sink, cupboards and appropriate floor covering and screening. Four rows of pews will be removed, the floor lowered, under-seat heating removed and floor covering laid. Ramps to enable disabled access will be provided. All necessary plumbing and electrical works are to be included in the project. The Trust grant will contribute towards the disabled toilet.
