St James Community Centre, East Sussex- new flooring and redecoration (006520)

This community centre has recently undergone major redevelopment and refurbishment enabling us to provide Seaford, surrounding villages and Newhaven residents with an accessible and fit for purpose, community centre.
All that currently remains to be completed is non slip flooring; the re painting of community areas and wooden bays to be constructed to encourage more recycling within the centre/community.
Already built are 3 new community rooms, toilets and kitchen which will be used for quiet activities such as therapies, art, and creative writing. We also installed a lift to ensure that disabled people could access all areas within the building and have equal opportunity.
We now need to finalise the year long project as the general community area of the centre, which because of age and the recent building works, has become shabby, and the flooring is dangerous causing trips and falls with our older disabled clients. The halls and lobbies require decorating and some TLC.
